My car was towed to the Atlanta location and I was a little skeptical when I arrived to the location because the doors were locked so I knocked on the door really light just to see if someone would come to the door but then I noticed that the hours of operation are posted on the door so between 12pm and 1pm the building is closed for lunch. Someone opened the door and was very concerned as to wether I had walked there and I assured her that I had not while pointing to my vehicle. Her name is Veronica. From the door she was very compassionate and to even answer the door while being on her lunch break spoke volumes for me about her character. She then kindly advised me of everything that I needed to do to retrieve my items from my vehicle. She really cared about my well being because she reiterated to me that when I call the number that she provided to let them know that Veronica told me to call them. Well to sum it up, Veronica was very knowledgeable in her position and very professional. She made me feel really comfortable and not looked down upon considering why I was there. Thank you again Veronica for your professionalism and for your personalism. You made my day! Continue to be blessed:)

I kept getting phone calls on my land line from this company. My son had signed for a business truck in Florida while his boss was serving a jail term in another state. Once his boss came home he was deleted from the company records by his boss. That left a truck he had signed for going into reposession. Today a tow truck showed up, and the recovery agent said that my son told them that the truck was at my house. That was a lie. He never even talked to my son and was using his lie to gain access to my home. The practices were despicable!
