The food may have been decent...but the HORRIBLE service was so much, that I will gladly write this place off for good. Our server was beyond rude...it was insulting and embarrassing. We were treated as though we were not good enough to be there throughout the entire meal....in the meantime, the restaurant was filled with thugs who couldn't even bother to take off their flat-billed hats. If you're going to charge me $10 for a side of over-cooked asparagus, the least I'd expect is an enforced dress code...a little class never hurt anyone's business. Our waiter's name was Jermaine....and knew nothing about the wine menu, or at least he sure was good at pretending to be clueless. He rushed us through the ordering process. Everything that came out of his mouth was very short and was accompanied by an awful attitude. And the cherry on top....he came over to the crumb the table and swept all the crumbs into my friend's lap and caused a kink in the table cloth...when that happened he stood there rolling his eyes until my friend had to straighten out the cloth for him to continue throwing crumbs in his lap. I almost lost it. Never returning to that over-rated restaurant again. There are plenty of other MUCH MUCH better steakhouses/fine dining options in Buckhead.

The service is always impeccable. I was seated within 1 minute of walking into the restaurant. My server, was warm, engaging and helpful with recommendations.
She made a four-star chain restaurant feel like you were in her home and she was the ultimate hostess. I ordered the pan seared tenderloin and buttered lobster, which I can only describe as two filet ""boats"" with lobster ""oars"", in a river of smooth, buttery, whipped potatoes. Just divine.
Portions were enormous and we definitely could have done without the 2 appetizer and 2 side dishes. But the highlight of the evening was the gratuitous lemon tart and a lovely bottle of malbec.

This has to be one my favorite steak restaurants in Atlanta, I am always treated so well there and the choice of food is first class. I have also tried the Capital Grille in Philadelphia and Las Vegas and both are on par with the Grille in Buckhead Atlanta. Keep up the good work and service guys your doing a great job.

If anything, you have to go here at least once to experience the view. The food is definitely pricey but it is well worth it considering the quality of the food and exceptional service. Our server consistently checked on us even though we closed the house. The wine list is extensive and the best in town, need i say Atlanta. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the door and even by the manager who later stopped by our table again to thank us for coming in. The meats offered here are extremely high quality but there is definitely not many vegetarian options for anyone who is not looking to eat meat. Also, the complimentary valet parking was a nice to have as well. And again, one of the best views of the city.

It was my 42nd birthday and because this place was so highly recommended by a friend who visited a week ago, I ask my boyfriend to take me there. I wanted a different experience, and I got just that at Capital Grille. The Food was awesome and the service was just as good. I have been to numerous restaurants throughout the Buckhead corridor, and never have experienced such an excellent combination of service and great food. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a good evening at an upscale restaurant with a classy staff choose Capital Grille. This is the place to be.
