The worst customer service experience of my life. I had two appointments on two separate days for which the designer did not show up for. I ordered a veil cathedral length and blusher on separate combs...when I went to pick it up it did not even come close to touching the floor and the veil pieces were velcroed on one comb. I was so unhappy with the product and service I asked for my money back instead of them attempting to re-make my veil because it was only 4 weeks before my wedding. They refused to give me a refund and I have never received any product...my wedding was 5 months ago.
