Basically, this Sheraton hotel standard should be raised to match their hotels in other locations of the world. At first we (three sharing) missed having two double beds. We had to pull out a very heavy sofa each night.The rollaway offered took up too much room and had to be returned. There was a dank musty smell in the room from carpets which should be changed. We were told the hotel had recently been renovated!? that room service did clean every day. \r There was not a great variety of breakfast food, grits, oatmeal, fried red-skinned potatoes , powdered scrambled eggs, with fruit each day for two weeks was ... The dinner menu was expensive it was better to eat out. the Cumberland mall approx ten minutes walk behind the hotel, had a wide variety of shops and places to eat. Cheesecake factory better prices and portions. Good2go nice salads and sandwiches. The hotel shuttle service with advance notice would take us around within a 3 mile radius, but connecting with the local bus to get to the train, paying on the bus with transfer to the train, to get to downtown Georgia Dome was a hassel in the heat (visited Jun-Jul). \r Hotel staff were friendly Ann and Alex customer service noted. No Price is Right!!

I was terribly disappointed that I could not relax and watch The Price is Right. (your hotel does not carry that station??).Also, As I tried to find some comfort on your sofa there there were long blonde hairs everywhere that made my flesh crawl. And lastly I always wear white soxs in a hotel, my soxs got dirty on your carpet. Sorry but my experience with you guys New Years Eve and part of the New Year was not pleasant.......Oh I forgot, I had to wait on delivery of another microwave because the one in the room was out of order and your maintenance person swore that all of the microwaves had just been replaced.....
