Dec. 1012 - As an amputee, went to Shepherd's Seating Clinic a year ago with a good outcome. Then went to the Driving Clinic for hand controls - end result, no hand controls and then found out nine months later, while shopping for cheaper car insurance, that my driver's license was revoked as a result of going to the Driving Clinic. Now can't drive to a job (so am unemployed), grocery store, airport, etc. Being single with no family in my state, I had been very pro-active and self-sufficient. Shepherd threw me into a dark box and taped the lid shut. I just got dropped - no resources offered with which to follow through. Never felt so isolated! Still crying.
