Ron Reemsnyder Law

I attained Mr. Reemsnyder for a hair loss suit in which a stylist took out most of my hair with a relaxer after leaving it in too long. At the deposition, it was obvious that Mr. Reemsnyder did not care about my case because he did not have hardly any of the documents that was referenced by the opposing attorney. Also, I believe when he realized he would not get as much from the case as he expected, he decided to withdraw. He claimed that my statements were not credible however, he had only heard the opposing party comments and there were plausible rebuttals but he never took the time to listen because his mind was already made up. Also, he told me to not attest to anything I did not remember during the deposition but afterwards displayed an uncomfortable attitude for me having done so. I also believe as a white male, he was very apathetic to the fact that a black woman had lost all of her hair. He withdrew from the case without obtaining a copy of my deposition, which I would have to obtain on my own if I wanted to pursue the case. Although it is part of the ethical guidelines that an attorney shall withdraw while considering the interests of his clients, Mr. Reemsnyder did not consider my interests at all and basically left me hanging. i regret ever attaining him to represent me. He provided gross and substandard representation of my case at best.
