death trap

The facility is filthy. Someone had just finished changing a paitent and dropped feces on floor, it was not cleaned up. Therefore when the floor was waxed, they waxed over the feces. The nurses and doctors do not communicate with the status or treatment of the paitent with family members well. You have to constantly ask what they are doing. If there is more than one doctor invloved in treament, they do not work together to treat the paitent. You will never be able to get them in a room at once to get information. The primary care physcian is very hard to get in contact with, because they are also to busy trying to run a practice as well as perform long term health care.They do not have a dermatologist on staff, so if you have a problem with your skin, the primary care physican acts as a dermatologists. There is only one infections disease doctor, so if you do not like the job they are doing you are stuck. My mother was left in her feces all night on a few occasions. Their excuse was that they were understaffed. Also, as few times there were on 2 respiatory techs for the whole floor. One day I came in and they were so under staffed that there was not a charge nurse or assistainr assigned to my mother.
