The resident manager Pam @ The park at Greenbriar, leave tenants private documents scatter all over her desk. She has a very nasty and condescending attitude towards residents in general. The maintenance men hates section 8 tenants! The property is always nasty and rent checks come up missing regularly!

IN REGARDS TO MOSS POINTE APARTMETS; PROPERTY MANAGED BY R JAMES; OTHER THAN ON FACEBOOK THEY DO NOT OFFER A COMMUNITY POST SO SADLY THIS HAS TO GO HERE:

Absolutely unproffesional staff. I worked with Moss Pointe for 3 months about moving in. I gave them a copy of my paystub (from the foster agency where I work) in the very begining. They knew where I worked and what I did from the very begining, all the while giving me vocal conformation that this was alright. Right when I thought I was going to get the lease, a very rude lady named Emily Mullins went over my head, went to the regional managaer, and demanded that I pay them $300 for every dog I foster.

I was 100% willing to pay the $300 pet fee for my live in dog. They knew I fostered animals.

And they tried to make a quick buck.

Not surprising considering the condition of the apartments. The insides are nice, but it wont be worth it. Plus the physical shape of the buildings themselves look close to condemed.

They dont keep up their landscaping, their "construction workers" will make innapropriate jeers at you.

I foster dogs for 3 days at a time max. This was ludacris.

If you are a college student looking into these apartments BEWARE.

I am 21 years old and they spoke to me like I was a child, cut me off while I was speaking, etc. I'm not claiming to be grown, but my money and time is just as valuable as anyone elses and I was not treated as such.

The most important part of this: they were alll very friendly until it came down to a week before move, then after 3 MONTHS of them HAVING MY PAYSTUB and contact to my job, they told me they wanted all this money last minute.

Had I signed this lease, this property would have screwed me out of more money than they already did.

AND THE BEST PART: Emily Mullins, the woman who contacted the regional manager did not do so until the day that she made a mistake and assigned me to the wrong apartment. The workplace is no place for childish spite.

She would not even walk out to tell me the news in person, she sent an assitant.

IF you want landlords that treat you respectfully, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
