I have dealt with these folks on several occasions and each has been more frustrating than the last. I bought my first mountain bike from them and after every visit something came back broken. What's worse, is there is a complete absence of customer service and an in general very poor attitiude amongst the employees. I have since puchased bikes from different stores as well as accessories. However, for convenience I went for an tire Sunday. I was standing at the front door at noon, and of course they opened ten minutes late. I finally get in and get what I need and it takes me ten minutes to check out because they are unprepared for business. All of that I can deal with, accept for the fact that during it all I have to listen to the attitude of some angry store clerk who is mad at me for inconveniencing his day. It is typical and I should not have expected more. Advice, go the few extra miles and save yourself a tremendous amount of frustration. You can even help out a tore that appreciates your business, because Performance certainly does not.
