I just went into this location today to drop off packages and the service was terrible. I entered the store and there was a gentleman behind the counter on the telephone. He asked what I wanted and I informed him I wanted to drop off packages and get a receipt. He then stated with an attitude "one moment please" and went to the back and continued his conversation on the telephone like I was not there. He then came up front and I asked for a supervisor and he started being extremely rude telling me he would not serve me and leave. I told him I had a right to be served and my voice was never raised nor was I rude to him. He then started telling me to just go somewhere else. He then stated you want to do this over and I said yes and he then told me to shut up and he will not deal with us. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. He finally gave me my receipt. I told him he really needed Christ and he stated he has him but not with me. I told him to have a blessed day and left.

I also asked him for the owner and he stated he is the owner. If this is the unprofessional and rude behavior of an owner of a business, I am surprised he still has one. It is so sad that this is a black owned business and this is the kind of service he provides.

I will not patronize a business like this no matter what race the owner is. I don't see this man staying in business long treating customers like this.

Let's keep him in our prayers because something is truly wrong here.


Not the best but okay

There's a man and a woman whose names I don't know unfortunately. The woman multitasks really well which helps gets the customers in and out as fast as humanly possible. She's great. The man however has a really condescending attitude with no patience to guide the customers through a process whether it be to use a copier, computer, fill out a form or whatever. He will constantly remind the customer to stop, slow down, and read. While I understand that it gets annoying that know one wants to read anything because they're in a rush....his attitude will easily make you feel like a child. God forbid you have any questions...I feel like the woman is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars as far as customer service goes. I've never had any problems at all with any deliveries so as long as the job is done I don't mind going to them for convenience.

pak mail cascade rd is notrious for losing mail & packages

Worst mail service ever! These unprofessional people will loose your mail / packages and refuse to take ownership. I have packages delivered there because I live in an condo and dont like my packages left in the hallway... Some are very expensive. The staff at pak mail has lost over 3 packages in less than 2 weeks. All of which has delivery confirmations.

The companys response was it's the us postal service word against ours. Delivery confirmations dont require signatures unless an additional fee is paid; however, if the usps states it was delivered you really dont have a claim. So dont loose your money to these morons!! I'm only hoping the employees are not keeping/hiding the packages themselves.
