Recruiters are horrible

The recruiters here are very arrogant and nonchalant. They will reach out to you and have you thinking you're setting up an interview but when you call them back, they don't respond. They have some very horrible HR practices. Do not aply here unless you know someone in HR or you're applying as a nurse. RUN!

Don't call this hospital if you want to…
Don't call this hospital if you want to volunteer, they are very short and closed minded. I spoke with Auxiliary Services and was talked rude to even though I was trying to volunteer free. As big as Northside Hospital is one would think they would be more open to more volunteers. I like Northside but, my group and I won't volunteer our professional services until they change attitudes.

I have great respect for the doctors and…
I have great respect for the doctors and medical personnel at Northside Hospital. They saved my husbands life on more than one occasion as he has multiple medical issues. His body just started shutting down. They were straight with me and kept me informed. They used different approaches to tackle the problems. They resusitated him and utilized every aspect of technology they had available. They worked together and pulled my husband through again. Patricia Dubose was my husbands main doctor. What a blessing she was to us. If you go to Northside Hospital, know that you have the best of the best working in your favor. I will never go anywhere else. If you are wise, you wouldn't either. be very carful here. I had three children and spent three days here for an illness. This hospital puts policy and staff convienence priority over patient care and need. NO MATTER WHAT. If a patient needs something and it is not ordinary or easy for the staff to provied it won't happen.
Be prepared for a brew ha ha when the patien needs are not easy for the hospital staff. They really don't like to go the extra step to make a patient well. Especially babies.
