Oh the gowns are so pretty, and theres so many that you simply can't go through it all in one sitting. I'd suggest making at least three trips to see it all. And the service is excellent. I had my Prom dress just in time for my highschool prom. A Great store and Susan is awesome!

Never had a problem with Susan or Miz Scarletts in general. Great place to buy your first prom dress, or wedding gown. Owner hand delivered my wedding gown on short notice at my wedding in Tupelo, Ms 8 hours away at no extra charge. CAN YOU BEAT THAT?

Omg they have like all of these pretty dresses from europe and all kinds of colors it's almost seizure enducing! I love going there, the prices might be high but that always comes with the brand name right? Employees are always fantastically friendly, and I've always gotten my dress on time. GREAT PLACE FOR PROM!

Don't believe everything that you read on the internet, seriously an empty can rattles the most. In this case the empty cans are the two negative reviews below mine. Consider this. People who are happy with a product rarely speak up to tell others how great it is,meanwhile the disgruntled princesses among us like to raise cain if the smallest detail is off. Sound about right? Does to me!
I've personally never had a problem with Susan or MizScarletts. I have on the other hand had problems with the so called "reputable" dress shop in town Bravura. Susan's store has the best selection in town, heck she has brands that I've never even heard of before! Her store front is MASSIVE, encompassing two stories of an old Victorian mansion. And her help has always been very polite, and well.. helpful! What more can I say? -

This place deserves ZERO STARS!! If you have a special event to buy for, PLEASE RUN from this place and find a reputable dress shop in Atlanta such as Bravura .There are many others. Susan Smithson had no respect for me and my daughter as first time customers who drove 4 hrs to her shop after she intentionally told us she has a dress which she did not.( We made 4 calls to her to confirm this the day we set out). She gave us an exhausting run-around for two months regarding this elusive prom dress, then when she agreed to credit us, no credit came. She dodged phone calls and was so unprofessional that I had to enter into a credit card dispute. I can't imagine what a bride and/or her bridal party would have to experience with her. Save yourself the guaranteed agony and do not give this woman a dime of your hard earned dollars. She will most assuredly take advantage of you!!

This establishment deserves a negative star. The salesperson Susan misrepresents the store and falsifies information that she gives to potential customers. Items that were supposed to be sent were never sent, items that were supposed to be returned, have never been credited to our account. If you want to give your money away and be annoyed by two dogs while you are shopping the store then this is the place for you!
