Milano Pizza and Subs USED to be a good place to go; we are through and finished with them forever. Their pizza's used to be delivered quick and hot, now they come late and cold (I am sure the health department needs to look into this, because they are that cold). Because they were our go to place for pizza since moving to the area we gave them a few chances and let them know what was going on that was leaving us dismayed. This last time after waiting over an hour and a half, and knowing they had yet again stacked up a bunch of orders to deliver (with no warming bags) that this was going to be a disaster (they promised us the pizza within 35 minutes. We cancelled the order because it was getting so late at night and we were told our account would be refunded; to this day we haven't been able to get our money back. I can't in good faith recommend anyone waste their money going here anymore; I am not angry at the restaurant, just kind of sad that it's come to this point. Please take your hard earned dollars and call one of the other many pizza places in the area; chain pizza is not great but it's better than what Milano's has been putting out recently. Oh yes, they have also halved the size of their salads too and charging the same price, and their chicken the last time we ordered it was probably a leftover from the previous day that was reheated, it was beyond dry and inedible. Their deserts have been coming frozen so it takes quite a while for them to unthaw. EVERYTHING has gone downhill here, including the customer service. I wish them well, but it seems as if they don't want to stay in business anymore and are driving their regular customers away; I can't even begin to imagine what they are doing to the non-regular customers.

I was taking classes about a block away and on our last day we (myself and classmates + teacher) decided to order food for all of us from this place...
First off, when we called the person on the phone was very, very rude for no reason (prob having a bad day/ stressed out?). We were calling 2 days in advance as we were ordering a decent amount of food, so that couldn't be the reason he was being so rude. When our food arrived, the person delivering asked about his tip and was getting upset thinking we didn't tip him, and later actually had the nerve to call my classmates cell phone and was yelling at her about the tip, as the person obviously couldn't do basic math, as we left them a generous tip considering. The food was cold, not really tasty, the toppings stingy (we paid $4 extra for chicken and white sauce on one of the pizzas), and the service poorly executed. I don't understand how a place like this can stay in business. All I can say is that we were very upset and disappointed with the overall experience, and we hope no one else will have an experience like this here.
