Chrisann, thank you soooo much! I didn't think my wife and I could get better for less as the story goes, but we did. We were having payment and date of month issues almost across the board. When I talked to Chrisann about our problem, she not only changed our payment date to one that fixed our situation, she was able to upgrade us from basic to the next level coverage policy for $20.00 less than the basic coverage we currently had. I am moving from Dallas, TX to Atlanta, GA and called the Lloyd Pro Group Insurance to continue my business relationship with Nationwide Insurance. Within a few hours of placing my call to this Agency and talking with Chrisann I had all of my insurance policies transferred from Texas and my new insurance needs in Atlanta fully cared for. During my conversation with with Chrisann, she indicated she would do all she could to make the process "simple and easy". She certainly lived up to that promise!!!! She always has a smile on her face when I come in and she has taken the time to know my children. She calls them by name when they come into the office.
