We have been very happen with the service that we have gotten from Jim Ellis Saab. I will say that Saab parts are a little pricey but that doesn't reflect on Jim Ellis. Prices are set by GM not the dealership. That being said they have gone the extra mile for us and our 93 convertible. In fact they have even replaced parts that have worn out even though we were a little past our warranty. They replaced a drivers side mirror for us without charge even though it was past the vehicle warranty. We will be happy to continue using them in the future.
