I'm not a customer, But I tried to be.
I have a Yukon that was not purchased there.
I have called the service dept. twice to get a quote for service.
no one would return my calls. So I called and left a message for the service mgr. No return call from him.
So I called and left a message from general mgr. No return call from him either.
So I sent an e-mail with info. to corporate/ family e-mail.
No response from them.
It seems after 44 yrs is business they would do better than th...view moreis.
Then again, maybe they don't have to.
Regardless, they could at least respond and say they don't want or need your business.
I hate when companies brag about being family owned or being in business forever.
All that seems mean, is a family owned business can treat you as bad as any large company.
So beware when a company brags family owned and many year of service.
It's a smoke screen.

Our experience was as poor if not worse than ""stay away"". Drove 4 hours roundtrip for an appointment to see a car that ""Patrick"" said was available only to be told when i got there ""it was sold"". Patrick reacted with an ""oh well"". After weeks of high pressure phone calls we finally found another car we wanted. (2011 certified preowned) Drove another 4 hours round trip to purchase and pick up the car only to find the car had NOT detailed as promised, (trash, leaves and pinen...view moreeedles in trunk was the highlight) a manufacturers recall service had not been done on the car, Patrick promised but failed to provided promised service history on car AND within 2 days of getting the car home, the warning service light started flashing. Four months later we bought a brand new Audi Q7 from another Audi dealership and had a fabulous experience. We got the impression that Jim Ellis goes after sales volume; how they treat you is immaterial since they don't expect to see you again. We were surprised since we'd had a great experience with this dealership in '09 when we brought another audi.
There is no chance we'd come back to JIm Ellis again.view less
We drove to Jim Ellis in Atlanta from Orlando after working out buying our new Audi over the phone. They have a great selection of inventory and we will never buy another Audi from another store. They delivered everything as promised and we highly recommend this dealership.

As always, I received phone calls throughout the day with updates on the service. Great communication! Every time people ask if I like my car (2006 A4), I say it's great, but the best part of owning it is the incredible service you guys perform.Thanks for the 2009 A4 loaner. I guess I lucked out this time, but driving the nicer version of my car has definitely got me thinking that when my current car eventually dies, I'll probably be buying another audi.
