Give them a call, the owner is a stand up guy and seems like a nice guy that is willing to work with you.

As I was describing my request for service and my potential time frame of a few months, I was interrupted and told that in no uncertain terms, that this company was extremely busy and this was their busy season. Due to that, there would

be no time to come out and do an estimate for a potential customer and for such a time frame in the future. I was told that my business would not be considered unless my time frame only extended out a couple of weeks and I was

certain on my decision to go with your company.



That was the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Until someone comes out and does an estimate, there is always the potential for a customer to change their mind and have the service done sooner.

I was very insulted in that my business was not considered important. I am in the customer service industries myself and I would have never treated a potential customer or customer with such disrespect and disdain.



As the customer, I have a right to decide when I want services to perform and the right to consider competitors so

that I can make an informed decision that is mutually beneficial for both parties.

The guys were incredibly professional, courteous and paid attention to every little detail. We communicated on a regular basis and they were always willing to answer all of my questions. We are thrilled at the quality of work that we received and have already recommended Intown Painting to several of our friends and family. Russel Gibson

Keith seemed eager to please from the very beginning all the way to the very end. My wife and I were having our furniture sent from California and we needed to have the entire inside of our house painted within a week, before the furniture was to arrive. Not only did Keith have our house done with time to spare, but he even had his men come back after the movers finished unloading the furniture and do a final round of touch ups. And he refused to charge us! It’s nice to see that some businesses still care. Needless to say, we where quite impressed. Our house looks great!
