Fantastic service.
Fantastic service. My car windshield was broken by a falling tree limb. I was able to go through State Farms online claim filing process at night to make an appointment for the following day. A representative from their office called me first thing in the morning to verify my information, confirm the appointment time range and give me a quote for the repair, which was very reasonable.
The technician did an amazing job of removing the damaged windshield without spilling any glass shards. He was definitely very skilled and concerned about the quality of his workmanship. he was also incredible efficient. All in all, they made a bad situation as easy to deal with as possible. -

John was very polite and very good at the work he performed. If all were as great as John, we would have a better world. Please let him know that he did a great job and was very caring about the vehicle that he worked on.

I highly recommend Glass America on Research Ctr Dr...the service is prompt and the staff is extremely courteous. Thur. evening someone broke into my car and broke out both rear passenger windows. Fri. morning I called Glass America, Dina responded immediately and worked diligently to find my windows, but to no avail, the windows had to be special ordered through the dealer...this is the only reason that my car was not repaired on Fri. They made arrangements for me to park my car in their garage so that it would be secure over the weekend. Dina again went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me, she made me feel like an old friend. I dealt with Dina mainly thus all the praise, but the rest of the staff were wonderful also. I picked up my car as good as new and they had vacuumed all the glass out, cleaned the car and you could not even tell that anything had happened. I am extremely pleased. BAR NONE THE BEST SERVICE!!!!
