Consumer beware, avoid this bank at all cost. I was a Flagstar business customer for 6 months and had nothing but slow service in an empty bank and an atm that repeatedly ate money. I have a huge issue with this banks policy of showing $500 extra dollar in your balance after you have been a customer for 2 months. I was never told about this policy and it ended up costing me over $1000 in unavailable funds fees for one month. The people at the corporate office were unresponsive at first but later when I spoke with the vice president she was rude and talks down to me. I have now been a customer of Chase Bank for eight months and couldn't be happier. The customer service is great, fast and I have yet to have a fee for anything.
