When paying for my oil change, I was…
When paying for my oil change, I was told that my car looked great and had no oil leaks. A week later I found a puddle of oil under my car so I looked under the hood to find the oil cap and not been put on. Oil was everywhere. They towed it to the shop and when I arrived they had obviously filled the oil back up and cleaned off the engine and called me a lier saying the photo of the puddle was not from my car. I've never had any problems with my car until I took it here.

I live near by and decided to go myself for the first time about 3 months ago. I requested if they could plug a tire. they said "" yeah, $20 cash only"" very rude and insisted on only cash. I got it done down the road for 10$ in less than 5 min. 2ND incident. I sent my girlfriend to go get conventional oil replaced to her leased vehicle because I told her there was no sense in paying for synthetic. They said no, they could only do synthetic, as she kindly rejected because I told her to. 1 guy ran her off and told her to have her "" Boyfriend do it then"" and were simply rude. Now Im catching crap for sending her to that place and giving providing her the wrong information. Im a car guy that works on my own vehicle. I know what can and cant be done. Thanks for the help Exxon!!!!

Rude to women. Tried to redeem.
Negative employee had issues with emission testing my car. When I asked him to help me to explain to my mechanic, he was continuously rude. I will not go back. When I wrote their email, Jody wrote back immediately and apologized, so someone involved with the business cares.

I realized that my registration was due the next day and I needed an emissions test, so I stopped by at 5pm the other day and they had me out at 5:15pm. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the service was great.
