I have taken my daughter to Curls to Cuts several times. Each time she has gone to a different stylist and I was pleased with the services provided each time.

My kids went to Curls & Cuts for a touch up and a 1st time relaxer... The young lady who did the 1st time relaxer did a good job. It was the touch up that was the problem. The young lady gave me attitude when I informed her of what I wanted done and that what she was doing is NOT what I asked for. Which was a basic roller wrap.. She started blowing out my daughters hair, wet it then rolled it and put her under the dryer.. It looked awful... We will NEVER go there again..

I am the Mom of two bi-racial children and I confess to struggle with maintaining their hair. A friend finally told me about this wonderful salon for kids and it has been an answer to my prayers! The stylists are professional, friendly and my daughters love their beautiful hair styles and I LOVE the advice I receive on how to maintain and keep their hair healthy. The salon is always clean and completely age appropriate. The staff works really hard to get the kids out quickly and beautifully. I bring my girls twice a week and all my experiences have been great. My only regret is that I can not bring them every week. Thank you Curls to Cuts!

I love Curls to Cuts!! I have two daughters and they love it too! I happened to pass by the salon on Cascade Road one day and decided to try it out. I hate having to do my girls hair and thought this might help. Boy, did it ever! The staff is pleasant and friendly and they really know how to do hair, particularly natural, unprocessed hair. My girls get creative, fun styles that I could never do and the styles, particularly the braids, last for weeks. As a result, I don't have to do their hair and my girls and I get along so much better in the mornings!

Very unprofessional. My daughter went in for a press and braid and was given what the stylist wanted her to have, not what I as her mother had asked for. I called immediately after leaving the shop and had to leave a message, no one called me back so I called back again and spoke with the Assistant Manager. I was told that I could bring her back in the next day. I took her back the next day and was very insulted when I came this time with picture in hand of how her hair should have been styled, they told me that was a totally different style and that they would only redo it the way they had done it the first time only without the designs (that I did not ask for). I did not allow them to put their hands back in my daughters hair as I could not deal with another disaster of a hair style. I think that this salon COULD be a great kids salon, but they are going to have to evaluate their staff, their appearance (manager had on DIRTY T-Shirt and jogging pants), and mostly their attitudes.
