Costco

Worth the trip to Brookhaven. Great prices on bulk items as well as cheap gas and an optometrist on site. Always clean with helpful employees.

The only negative about Costco is that it all of the ATL locations are 15 miles or more away from my house. I can't live without a monthly trip but hope they open a location on the east side soon.

This Costco's parking lot is pretty easy to get in and out of, but the traffic on Peachtree can Road be very tough.

Good shopping, reasonable prices, good selection of merchandise, almost pleasant if shopping can ever be pleasant.

I love, love, love the Costco store in Brookhaven! I like the layout of the store and the customer service is amazing! The employees are genuinely friendly and happy to be there. I usually can find everything I need. When I can't, there is a computer station near the checkouts I go to. They will check and tell me when a particular item is due back in their store. That is a huge help! As far as Kirkland products are concerned, I find them to be at least as good, but often better, than the "name" brands -- and usually cheaper. I have never been disappointed in a Kirkland product. If you have a chance, take a look at the Costco documentary, "The Costco Craze: Inside the Warehouse Giant." You can watch it on You Tube or online through Amazon or Netflix. I watched it when I was hesitating to renew my membership (I am a single person) and, based on what I saw and learned, I renewed. Very informative! I do wish the Brookhaven Costco had a self-checkout line -- like the Peachtree-Dunwoody Costco does -- for customers with few items. But, as far as I am concerned shopping at Brookhaven Costco is a 5-star experience!

This Costco had great customer service. But it was a horrible store as far as inventory. I just renewed my business membership from 2007 to give it another try and the verdict is out. I hope the Brookhaven Costco is not representation for all other Costco's when it comes to their inventory. This store didn't know if they had french fries. Who doesn't have french fries. When the 2nd person decided to try and find them after the 1st could not, I was shocked. He checked several frozen aisles to finally find restaurant version shoe string fries that they only had. The store is dominated by Kirkland brands, which is ok. But some times I just wants Lay's, Sabrett, Best, or any other name brand. Prices were considerably higher than Sam's prices on the same items also. I will try Cumberland store and hope that they are better. I won't give up on you just yet Costco. TBC.....
