This place is wretched!I ONLY gave this salon five stars because of the nail salon here.I wouldn't let them touch my head with a 10 ft pole! Or do my makeup!Lol! Everyone that gets up from the makeup chair look like Bozo the clown! I swear they do!They are ghetto and unprofessional, the sign says don't bring your kids but they bring unruly undisciplined children here every time I get my nails done. You go to the spa for peace and relaxation not for this hot mess of a business! I would hate to see this place close ONLY because of YEN,the girl who does my nails! I drive 30 min cause she is the best nail technician I've ever found! I wldnt let any other nail tech here touch my nails either. As for all the others? They need to fire everybody but YEN! She's the best!

The salon ruined my shirt with hair dye from another client and the towel used to dry my hair smelled burnt from the dryer. The stylist finally acknowledged the dye on my shirt AFTER I asked her if it was dye from the cover used. She told me it was temporary dye and would come out. That is totally unacceptable!!!
It was very disappointing and I will never recommend anyone to the salon for service. The OWNER of the store should really examine the staff and their ability to perform their job.
The salon is losing business everyday an unsatisfied customer leaves with their problem not addressed or resolved!! Bad business!!!
I am required to rate with a star, but if possible I rate it NO STARS!!!

Hair salon: terrrible . the stylist have no concept of what customer service is. when you walk in they just stare at you like they want you to go away. they gossip too much, very rude. the girl who did my hair rushed, and did not even attemp to straighten out my roots. i will never go back there again.
Nail Salon: I couple of weeks after i went there my toe nail started to turn white and fell off. they cant make up their minds about the prices. never again!

I've gone here many times in the past and had a few good experiences but most were very dissappointing.
These women have zero ethics, no professionalism or manners. They gossip most of the time, music is too loud (unless you're the hood type) they don't greet you when you walk in(they just stare at you), it's useless to describe how you want your hair b/c they do their own thing. My experience this past week has convinced me that I'm never going back.

My friend, Cynthia has cancer and she went through all of the rigorous treatments. She had a head full of beautiful hair and it gradually started to fall out.
Before loosing all of her hair she started going to Quinten before he moved to the Southlake Mall. He actually bought things for her and gave them to her. It was just little things to help her cope with and manage the loss of her hair. He's very supportive and caring.
Being an RN, I watched closely and everything he gave her was just what she needed. He knew what she needed and bought it for her.
After all the radiation and trips to the doctor, she had lost most of her hair. She started wearing wigs and they were pretty.
She went to another salon to get a shampoo. She didn't have enough hair to do anything else with. That's when and where she met Quintin.
The little hair she had was so fine. One day he molded what little hair she had and added a little, and I think it was then that she started to have hope. Her hair was gorgeous. He actually gave her hope and a reason to want to be beautiful again.
Today, Cynthia's cancer is in remission and she has a head full of beautiful, healthy and thick hair. We think it was a combination of his hands and the products that he used. If your hair is falling out or has fallen out or if it's thin or is thinning, go see this guy. He's one of a kind. She followed him like a member of a church follows the pastor.
While the shop is a little lively, he's the one fixture that adds a touch of class, quality, and style. He's unique.
His customer service is concierge quality. I wear my hair in an afro, but I know that when I go relaxer again, this Quintin will do my hair too. CLEOPATRA'S is located inside the SOUTHLAKE MALL, 2ND FLOOR BY SEARS. I think he's kind of young but he knows what he knows and he knows it all to pieces.

My wifes hair was a total mess. It was so jacked up she started wearing a wig.
One day we were in SOUTHLAKE MALL and this guy was standing in front of Cleopatra beauty shop handing out business cards. My wife took one and called to make an appointment. let her tell the rest.
Hi, this is Bob's wife,. The young man that did my hair was name Quinten. I trusted my hair to him because his hair was fabulous. It's blonde. Gorgeous!!
Before he even touched my head he asked me a lot of questions about the type of treatment that my hair had in the past 6 months and what products had been used on it.
For the first time, I experienced a Cholesterol and hot oli treatment. OUTTA THIS WORLD. The shampoo was like nothing I ever experienced. I didn't even think to ask what conditioner he used but the fragrance was fabulous and my hair was so soft and silky. HE TOTALLY PAMPERED ME. The place was a little bit boistrous, but he made up for it with concierge customer care. AWESOME.
While I was under the dryer, he went and bought me a bottle of water. He's so prfessional. He dresses nice, he smells good, his station area was clean and tidy and I was very impressed.
My hair is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments on it all of the time. I've never been more pleased with my hair. I got his business card. His name is Quinten and he gives out his cell number. I thought that was a good thing. it's 678-768-2350. Call him. The fellow is just damn good. I think he's from michigan, maybe Detroit or maybe it's ohio. Tell him that Mrs. Scott told you about him. He gives the red carpet treatment. He treated me like a queen. I'm a diva, so I ate it up.
I got my hair done by a guy named Quintin. He cut and relaxed my hair. My hair is blond and so is his. Yep!! I got this short hair cut and he styled the hell of my hair. It was like one of those hair styles you see in those magazines in beauty shops. i was a little worried because I thought the style was a bit young looking for me. I'm 40. Was i ever wrong? Before I got out the mall I had 3 people tell me how sharp my hair was. I thought ok. When I went to church on Sunday I lost count of the women and girls asking me who did my hair. (I go to New Birth) I know his name is Quintin and he does hair in SOUTHLAKE MALL at Cleopatra's. I found him when i was shopping at the mall and he was buying a pair of shades. He had on a cute cap that said ""Stylist"". I got his information and made an appointment on the spot. BINGO. Did I win the damn jackpot or what?? The prices are more than good, but he stepped up to the plate and it was a home run. Knocked it out the ballpark . He' was attentive, caring and I could tell by the way he spoke to and handled his other clients that they felt the same way. He's very professional. He had 4 other people. I was impressed when he handed out water to HIS customers. A nice touch of class The next time you go to the mall, just look him up. You'll see for yourself. He's unusual because he really goes that extra mile. he told me that his clients are living advertisement. Said that he gets most of his clients by word of mouth. Clients getting compliments and putting his name out there or telling their friends about him. He's worth talking about. Don't take my word for it. Check him out for yourself. I CALL HIM Q.Ball because his name is Quintin and he's always on the ball. I saw him use them flat irons on a ladies head and when he was done, it looked like he had used big curlers. her hair was gorgeous with a lot of body. I said she had Oprah hair. lol
