If you're looking for a place to chill, people-watch, play in the fountains, enjoy some tunes, throw a frisbee, catch some rays - this is the place to be. Spring/Summer, it's a haven for downtown. During the holidays, you can ice skate and enjoy holiday festivities. Best of all, it's free!

The park is wonderful for family outings with the kids or simple picnics for those who are in love. Taking pictures at the park makes you feel as though you've takin a trip to another city for a week long vacation. It a real stress release and it's worth it.

This is the best place to take your children. There's places for them to play, whether they are dry or wet. You can bring your own picnic and there is always something going on. If your family is bored and low on cash, go to Centennial Park. Ample free parking available also

Pretty nice, especially the water landscape areas. Main problem is parking as I see it.

I would have t o say the best thing about the place is its convenience. The concerts are nice and the play area for the kids is nice as well.

This is a beautiful park downtown. During the summer, the free On the Bricks concerts are a lot of fun to go to. Kids enjoy going through the fountain.

It's a great place to bring your children or your date! The fountains are so much fun, it's located downtown and the skyline is amazing, and it's next to CNN Center!

Centennial Olympic Park is a little more like Greenland (with not that much green) than Iceland (known for its greenery). Despite the lack of lawn, the park's still a nice break from the concrete and asphalt world of downtown Atlanta. Make sure to check out the Olympic sculpture on the north-west end of the park created by Peter Calaboyias.
