I shopped belk online, the prices are great but the customer service is horrible. I've never had a worst experience with a retail store in my life. I've never talked to so many people who had no explanations for anything. They cancelled my order with no explanation, when I was finally able to re order they only sent me 6 of 23 items..again with no good explanation and now the 20% discount I was suppose to be getting will be credited after christmas..oh but I did get an explanation, because they are too busy..nice! Belk sucks! Not so much a Merry Christmas for my daughters.
