I went to this school with my 3 children for 4 months driving 1 1/2 to 2 hours each way for private lessons. On one of my appointed days I woke up too ill to come in. I also had a pregnant teacher that I did not want to expose. The school charged me for that day anyway saying that I did not give 24 hours notice. I requested them to reconsider and received no response. I contacted Better Business Bureau and they offered to let me come in and take the class with in a certain amount of time, however, enough time had passed that I had gotten in with another school. As of this date, I have still not received a refund. I had been late cancelled due to illness of teachers and had not received an additional class for that inconvenience. You can find another school that actually cares about their customers as much as they care about themselves.
