On April 7th I booked a reservation for a vehicle at the ATL airport. I spoke with a representative and she just told me that they didn't have any vehicles but didn't even try to find a solution to assist me. I called back for another representative and they forwarded me to National stating that this was their sister company. At that point I spoke with Bob, Bob went out of his way to assist me during my visit. He was able to find me a car at another location, and this is where I met Tommy Burke. His customer service was outstanding. He was so helpful and saved me during a time I needed it the most,. Also Devian at the same location actually took us back to the airport train so that we didn't have to spend money on a cab. They were all awesome. My daughter was in town for a professional basketball tryout and we were able to do everything we had planned. If it wasn't for these guys, this would have been a horrible experience. Thanks to these guys it was a smooth trip with the best outcome. thanks to these guys!
Picked the car up an hour and a half late. I understand that the car was held for me and that I should pay for that time so I never argued but I dropped it off four minutes late because my GPS was a bit off with the new traffic pattern. I was charged an extra $17.00. Sort of upset me about all the things I overlooked...like this is the third time I have rented from Enterprise this year and the cars always have large amounts of water spots and or bird poop on them like they were washed with a bucket of dirty water. And there was an awful film inside the window like it was wiped with a waxy polish rag. And my most recent car was set up with the mileage in km and the outside temp in Celsius which I read the manual to update. All the little things I overlooked and didn't complain about came to a head when charged an overage for checking in 4 minutes late. I didn't argue. I accepted the fee because I had a plane to catch. Still on my mind though
Well as this was my first experience using enterprise at the airport and it was ok on some parts and not so good on others, taking the skytrain was cool. I had a little selection in picking out a car, actually only 2, i was told my rental fee would be one thing and actually ended up paying about 80 dollars more, got insurance i didn't need, was asked did i want to prepay for gas, i said of course, my card was taken and charge was added, when returning the car i was told i didnt get it and was charged a additional 33. 00, staff was courteous, ive had better rentals, enterprise use to be the go to spot, i cant really say that anymore, my car seem like someone had drove it to death with no regards, very disappointed, I'm taking another trip soon and I'll give another review, maybe this was a bad day for everyone, we shall see
