The first problem is finding the place. There is no sign, can't see the numbers from the street and it is on the side/back of a building that is empty of offices in the front and looks like it is ready to be torn down. It took me going around the block a couple of times , asking at the building next door, of course no one knew anything.. to find the place and then only because there was just not another building it could be. I still didn't know until I got inside the building and read the list that I was in the right place. I have to say I feel sorry for the people who work there. The office is pretty depressing. I can't imagine having to go into work every day and looking at that place for 8 hrs. I realize it's DFCS but come on. I was there to just drop off some papers and was called pretty quickly but was told something different than I was told on the phone. Hope my papers get to where they are suppose to. She admitted she didn't know about my issue.
I have been going to this clinic for over 16 years. My doctor left about 2-3 yrs ago i was devastated. I had to choose another doctor but unfortunately i picked the wrong one. I feel as if he rushes everytime i go to him. I pay my co-pay and feel like i deserve to be treated but instead he comes in how u doing oh okay see u in 4 months. My aches and pain go unnoticed dont give me meds and u dont know what's wrong with me. I wont say his name but i have told other at this facility about it. Nothing was ever done.
Very happy with Dr. Feldman and her team. Wish I could take her with me everywhere. Friendly, Kind and focused on me. Great little office right on Roswell. Saw the sign go up a few months back and finally got time to schedule. Glad I did, she's as good a person as Ive met in a long time. Good luck to you.
