My opinion of this company is dropping. The lack of transparency is bothersome. Since everything comes as a program with points that determine how much food you will receive, there's no way to determine if you're paying the same as what you pay in the store. When they come to do their sales pitch, they wait until the very end to tell you that in order to get the 35% discount on the food you have to buy one of their freezers which you can finance at a very high interest rate. My theory is that this is where they make their money. Once we paid off our freezer, the customer service plummeted. When I did my last reorder, we weren't talking points anymore, it seemed to be ala carte. When I asked for an explanation, the answer was vague. Starting to wish we had never signed up.
