On April 7th I booked a reservation for a vehicle at the ATL airport. I spoke with a representative and she just told me that they didn't have any vehicles but didn't even try to find a solution to assist me. I called back for another representative and they forwarded me to National stating that this was their sister company. At that point I spoke with Bob, Bob went out of his way to assist me during my visit. He was able to find me a car at another location, and this is where I met Tommy Burke. His customer service was outstanding. He was so helpful and saved me during a time I needed it the most,. Also Devian at the same location actually took us back to the airport train so that we didn't have to spend money on a cab. They were all awesome. My daughter was in town for a professional basketball tryout and we were able to do everything we had planned. If it wasn't for these guys, this would have been a horrible experience. Thanks to these guys it was a smooth trip with the best outcome. thanks to these guys!
Picked the car up an hour and a half late. I understand that the car was held for me and that I should pay for that time so I never argued but I dropped it off four minutes late because my GPS was a bit off with the new traffic pattern. I was charged an extra $17.00. Sort of upset me about all the things I overlooked...like this is the third time I have rented from Enterprise this year and the cars always have large amounts of water spots and or bird poop on them like they were washed with a bucket of dirty water. And there was an awful film inside the window like it was wiped with a waxy polish rag. And my most recent car was set up with the mileage in km and the outside temp in Celsius which I read the manual to update. All the little things I overlooked and didn't complain about came to a head when charged an overage for checking in 4 minutes late. I didn't argue. I accepted the fee because I had a plane to catch. Still on my mind though
Well as this was my first experience using enterprise at the airport and it was ok on some parts and not so good on others, taking the skytrain was cool. I had a little selection in picking out a car, actually only 2, i was told my rental fee would be one thing and actually ended up paying about 80 dollars more, got insurance i didn't need, was asked did i want to prepay for gas, i said of course, my card was taken and charge was added, when returning the car i was told i didnt get it and was charged a additional 33. 00, staff was courteous, ive had better rentals, enterprise use to be the go to spot, i cant really say that anymore, my car seem like someone had drove it to death with no regards, very disappointed, I'm taking another trip soon and I'll give another review, maybe this was a bad day for everyone, we shall see
When I arrived there were three people on the counter and two customers. The agent that was free told me to wait until one of the other agents were free while he cleaned the counters and tidied up. One of the other two agents went behind a door, leaving her customer at the counter and when I left, still had not come back out. 10 minutes later, the male agent, went ahead and asked me if he could help me. He took my license and then told me I could just go to the car lot to retrieve a car. I am a new Emerald club member and next time I will gladly bypass the service counter. It was evident that there was not much interest in helping the customers at this airport.
It was a great experience, I NEVER rent from any other service in ATL. Enterprise reps are always very customer-service friendly and knowlegdgable of the vehicles. Nick was exceptionally nice and respectful... "yes ma'am... my pleasure." Its refreshing to see such a group of young men & women so dedicated to great service. As a HR Director for a Gov't agency, I have an eye for lackluster customer service and misinformation. I've yet to experience this w/Enterprise. The vehicles are nice and clean and I'm impressed w/how swift the process moves along w/the handheld tech devices! I'm looking forward to my next rental experience on Nov 10. Kudos to your team!
What will determine a positive experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the staff members and professionalism and consistency is key. My previous rental was at the Dunwoody, GA location. My first contract was not right, because the staff person misunderstood what I came to do. After rewriting a new contract 30+ days later, things went much smoother. Matt was my primary contact until I returned the vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable and always courteous. As long as I rent from the right location, I will anticipate a good experience. I have been renting from Enterprise for years and am an Plus Member.
I always use Enterprise when renting a car for personal business. I usually use a location more north of my home than this one. I found this center to be a bit slow when checking me in, I have all of my information on file and yet they continue to ask me to fill out everything again. As well, the car was not very clean and the shipping stickers were all over the doors. Clearly they need to purchase some Goo-Off. On a positive note, returning my car was very simple. I handed over the keys and received the receipt via email.
I keep getting a reminder to review my rental but have been waiting for a reply to my complaint. Alas, no reply. Great SUV but not clean interior. The previous rental had a long hair dog so my passengers said hair was flying most of the time. My complaint was for the EXPIRED tags! I drove thru north Georgia and a nice trooper pulled me over to point that fact out. When I returned the car I did point it out and the nice attendant said they really should not have missed that detail! A very expensive rental with a VERY embarrassing moment!
We had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Enterprise at 3088 Piedmont Rd N.E., Atlanta, GA 30305 and received nothing but "exception service" from each employee we met and make your feel welcomed. We highly recommend this location and it's "friendly employees" if you plan to rent a vehicle in the Buckhead area. It's closely located to the Fairfield Inn Hotel which makes pick-up and drop seamless and saves on Airport charges when renting. You will not be disappointed if you choose Enterprise at the location above.
Anisa Hodzic (Branch Mgr.) and her crew of Erica, Walter and DeMario were Top Notch! I was pleased by their high level of Professionalism and their sincere attention to detail. Unexpectedly my mode of travel to Atlanta changed but Anisa promised me that someone would be at my drop off point to pick me and my family up. As soon as we reached our location De.Mario was there to pick us up! Enterprise should truly be proud of this group because their commitment to excellence is commendable! Thanks for a Great Job!
