Wonderful store for someone on a budget. The food selection could keep you alive for a while if you had very little to spend on food. As you can see from the photo they had an impressive collection of Christmas products. I personally like the books. I can usually find something interesting I want to read, and instead of paying 8-15 dollars as I would anywhere else, I just pay $1. I also bought a pair of reading glasses. Every priced those in a standard grocery store? They're outrageously high. But not here. :-)

From Business: Founded in 1957, Ross Dress for Less is operated by Ross Stores, which is one of the largest off-price retailers in the United States. Started as a small, family-…
This Ross is in the newer Edgewood shopping center just east of downtown. The clothes are cheap (clearance rack is even cheaper) and you can score good finds on bedding linens, kitchen gadgets, shoes, and frames too. The one problem is that the lines for the checkout are consistently long-- I have waited over 10 minutes in the past-- and it can be frustrating. If they hire more personnell, the place will be much better.
Everything's a dollar! Great selection of things you might buy at Target or Walmart for a fraction of the price. I always stop here when I'm in the area.
