Not a bad pawn shop , but they do need to work on their customer service. You should greet people as they walk into your store and not wait for them to speak to you. I was told one thing over the phone then another when I got to the store and the sales reps response was.....well I don't know who you talked to , but that's not correct. As a customer he could have at least apologized for me being given the wrong information then advised me of what he could do. It really goes a long way to help the customer feel better about the situation. Other than that this is still a nice location.
They have the best support staff. We have several businesses processing with FDIS, both retail and internet and their staff is very knowledgeable &amp;amp;amp;amp; helpful. We changed processors a couple times before finding this company and First Data has the lowest pricing &amp;amp;amp;amp; by far the best service.
First Data hooked us up with check guarantee, gift cards and a fast Wifi terminal for half what we were paying before. And we now get our deposits the next day.
