I visited Cafe Lapin for the first time yesterday for lunch. They offer an array of sandwiches and seem to specialize in various salads-- chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. I got a tuna melt on a baguette with side salad, and they were very good. I also had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert which was also good. The service was fine, and the decor is cute--little rabbit sugar holders on every table. My only complaint is the prices. They were a little bit on the steep side. I paid just over 10 dollars for a sandwich and salad, and not much on the menu was under 10 dollars. While the food was good, I would have felt better paying 7-8 dollars instead of 10.

Excellent breakfast with vegan options Went there last Monday morning after a red-eye from Los Angeles. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options. I settled on the potatoes with tofu sauce and an espresso with soy milk, while my co-workers had more traditional fare including pancakes and grits. We all enjoyed the food, and friendly service. Great to see that there were a wide range of folks there from local hipsters to a couple of other business folks. Very much recommended.
The local is a dark bar full of indie rock kids but they serve up pretty amazing bar food- including barbecue that is suprisingly good. The music is good and the front patio is perfect in summer, though it does fill up first. Don't forget the back room with games and darts too, often a bit quieter when the main room gets rowdy. Cute waitstaff doesn't hurt.
