I ordered dominos today, the same order I always order. Took one bite into my pizza and immediately gagged. The beef on my pizza was either spoiled or freezer burnt or something. It was funky. My mother and my husband had a taste and both confirmed that the beef was definitely sour/spoiled. I called the store and spoke with someone who claimed he was the store manager named BRANDON PHILLIPS. If in fact he was the manager, he needs some serious training and education on how to provide customer service. In short, he practically called me a liar. He just kept insisting that there was no way that the beef could be spoiled. I explained to him that I always order this same order from them every time. You would think that if I have ordered the same thing every time and have never complained before that there might be some truth to what I was saying. But "NOOOO", he said. He said that he was the opening manager this morning and he did everything himself, the beef is not spoiled. So after a lot of, me insisting that the beef is spoiled and he insisting that it is not, he asked "So what do you want me to do?" I said what do you mean "so what I want you to do? Refund my money and if you want you can come and get the pizza that's sitting on my dining room table." He said he couldn't refund my money. But he did offer to bring me out another pizza with spoiled beef.....Yaay for me!! I get two spoiled beef pizza's!!!!
