DIRECTV, AT&T and Dish Network Authorized Dealer - Dantzler Direct Satellite

Purchased DirectTV service a year ago for my grandmother, the price quoted and that I had for the past year was far lower than her precious cable provider. A year into the two year contract my bill has gone up over 40%. Customer service said it was a new policy by AT&T and since I have not bundled the DIrectTV service with an AT&T Service that I am now ineligible for the previous rate I was billed at. I find it untrustworthy and shady business practices to change prices so drastically halfway through a contract period for not bundling services with an additional product offered by the same company, and not being told about this at the time of sign-up.

Incredible customer service, price, and workmanship. Jason was great to deal with and I'd will recommend him to anyone who needs satelitte service in the future.

It would be nice if this company was actually located in the Greensboro, GA area since that is where I'm located.

This Company isn't located in or near Greensboro GA. We want a local DirecTV Dealer. Nothing against This Company, just find it better to deal with a Local Company when there's one available.

Called Jason on a Tuesday evening. He answered right away and said he would be there the next day. Showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue. Up and running within :30 minutes. Made suggestions and offered solutions. FANTASTIC service. Highly recommend.

Jason was not only professional and personable, but this is a man who knows his stuff! They were in and out in a short amount of time, were completely non-intrusive to what else was going on in our home at the time, and when he explained how everything works, it was in terms all of us could understand. When he and his staff were finished, you couldn't even tell they had been here other than we had a new dish and a fantastic picture on our television. He is a credit to the DirecTV company!

Jason is great! He came over late in the evening couple days ago to help restore service at our vacation rental before I had renters coming a day later. With Direct tv was going to take 2 weeks. He gave some excellent recommendations to help us save a significant amount of money as well. He's very friendly and really knows what he's doing. I've already recommended him to a client of mine. You should definitely hire him to help you with service or installing new tv equipment.

Jason drove from Athens ga to Cartersville ga ,just to deliver an LNB to me. And was very helpful in solving my issues with my satellite. If any problems arise again, I will be calling on Dantzler Direct for ANY satellite needs... DirectTv should be very thankful to have a dealer such as Dantzler...Thanks again Jason

Jason installed my Directv in my house several months ago. I called him and told him that I was getting a silver screen. I had reset the box but was still getting nothing. He was out the very next day and met me on time at my house and solved my problems quickly and professionally. I would use him from now on even if I had to wait a week. Thanks Jason

My aunt recently had DirectTv installed and her TV mounted above her fireplace in her new home and she knew that I was looking for someone to mount my TV as well so she referred me to Jason. I was very nervous about the whole process of mounting my TV and putting holes in my walls but he relieved all of my anxiety. He answered all of my questions and ensured that I knew exactly how he was going to get the job done. Jason is very laid back, friendly, and extremely professional. I initially only wanted my TV mounted but he convinced me to get DirecTV as well since I already had other AT&T products (another great decision). I strongly recommend Jason to anyone who needs service or is interested in mounting their TV. I am super happy with how it all turned out!!

We recently needed to upgrade our Directv satellite dish & equipment. Directv sent technicians out twice and both times we were told they could not install a new dish because of it needing to go on the roof for the best reception due to the trees. We then called Jason and he and Patrick came out and found a solution. They did an excellent job on a not so easy situation. They also mounted and installed our new tv over the masonry fireplace. We could not have asked for more friendly, courteous, responsive and professional service. We will not hesitate to call Jason again.

I had Directv installed last weekend, by Dantzler Direct Satellite. I dealt with Jason on scheduling my appointment, in getting me set up, and Patrick, doing the installation. Both Jason and Patrick were fantastic to deal with. Jason set me up with a great monthly deal, and made sure I got the day and time frame of the install I wanted. Patrick, who installed my service, couldn't have been friendlier, thorough and easy to deal with. He went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my installation experience.
