        Overall

        I had my Ford Escape washed yesterday, June 19th, for the $18.00 wash. I wish now I had not tipped. I got home to find that my mats and floors had not been touched! The passenger side is even worse!

        I purchased the $49.99 special for the hand wax, and from a distance the car looks great; however, once you get to looking at it there are many spots that were missed and I still had dirt on the back of my car where the tire is that I had get off myself. There was schmudges on my back glass and fingerprints. I could understand this things going wrong if I had purchased the cheapest package but I had purchased one of the most expensive package and I am NOT satisfied at all. They were busy that day and only spent maybe 15 minutes on my car total. To say the least I am not pleased at all.
