Wonderful staff, from the front office, to nurses, nurse practitioners, Doctors, and techs. Really care about the patients! I have read some complaints on here but you need to understand YOUR insurance determines what you pay from doctor visits to procedures!! If you don't like to price talk with your insurance provider and ask them why you are having to pay so much out of pocket!

Think twice before scheduling here!!!!

The absolute rudest staff and no concern for patients!

Was scheduled for a scan today. Got there before my appt time. After waiting 30 mins...went up to ask if they were behind and the girl looks at me like I'm dumb and says "yes ma'am" and then just sits there. I told them I had another appt at 1:30 and she says "well I don't know what to tell you. You can reschedule or you can go to your next appt and then come back to SEE if we can get u back in today". I said I'd like an appt time because I couldn't just come back and wait to SEE if I could be seen. She said they couldn't give me a time but assured me I would get scanned before they closed. REALLY??? You screw up my appt time and I have to suffer the consequences???

While I was there arguing, another patient was there moving his records b/c he has dealt with the same kind of crap every time he has come (and this wasn't my first time dealing with appt issues). After being treated like I didn't matter, I followed in his footsteps...got my co-pay refunded and requested for my records to be moved. Very sad that patients leave practices due to office staff issues and most of the time the Drs don't know. My Dr. will know (already have a call in for him to call me)

Overall
predatory practice

Charged $300 for a consultation which served as nothing more than a repetition of what my general practitioner informed me of for free. Was graced with 20 total minutes filling forms since they would not accept pdfs (one of which stated all fees must be paid up front, before the consultation) 25 waiting in an empty office, 5 with a nurse, 10 with a trainee and 10 with the actual doctor. Then, with ZERO NOTICE, upon exiting I am charged an exorbitant amount for what equates to a medical sales pitch for "further testing" such wonderful insights as " it might be seizures, a brain tumor, or just stress". The very polite but unhelpful young lady behind the desk proceeded to tell me that other people with my insurance policy, a common one in the area, had also been surprised by said charge, suggesting this issue is not exactly uncommon and that, if they were actually in the business of helping people, they may want to adjust their standard operating procedure. However, they are not. They are simply taking advantage of very serious medical problems while putting people with those problems in terrible financial situations instead of helping them.
