Their service department was excellent! They took care of a me when i had an out of warranty service problem on a piece of equipment in my car. The fact was it shouldn't have broken in the first place and was only 1.5 yrs. old however i put a lot of miles on my vehicle and my car was out of warranty. The service guy, Max, and his manager did the right thing and replaced this equipment for me at a REALLY reduced price bc they believed it was a fluke that this happened. I previously hadn't heard the greatest of things about Athens Chevrolet in the past but they truly treated me like a valued customer. (by the way I didn't initially buy my car from them, so this made it even better when i received this awesome service from them) Also, the shuttle service was great back and forth to my job! Mr. Bailey is the nicest man i've ever met. He's great at his job!
4 years ago I bought a GMC Jimmy from Zoro. The only problem I had with the Jimmy was the lever to open the hood was broke. I call Zoro and he said bring it in and he would have it fixed, and he did. We have had the Jimmy now almost 5 years and it is time to buy another car. I am going back to Zoro's for my next car. Matter of fact, I was there this past weekend and my daughter and I both are buying a car from Zoro's. He really worked well with us during the time I was paying on the car too. He was very understandable and worked with me if I needed extra time in making my payment. I have sent several others to Zoro's and they were very satisfied too.
Mark Preston is a rare find in the auto repair & sales industry. Between his soft-spoken frankeness coupled w/industry knowledge, I doubt you'll any that compare. Why just today, while PU another vehicle in for routine maintenance, in less than 5 minutes he diagnosed and repaired a Check Engine issue on my Highlander. Further, he's brokered vehicle purchases for us that, as our large family evolves, keeps us coming back for more! Check w/him before you go anywhere else.
