No stars minus one. Bartenders don't know how to mix the drinks and are also very slow. The DJ doesn't play any Puertorrican music. What a shame when you call the place some how the phone lines are cross with the Starbucks from across the street. Don't go!!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I went there 2 weeks ago for my friend's 30th birthday. We originally had paid for bottles for 1 section of the wall right near the dance floor. When we got there that night the owner or someone who thinks he is all that wearing a hat wanted to move us to a different section. We fought and ultimately they let us stay in the section, but shortened it by moving the sofa which acts as a divider closer to us (hence we lose some space). Then I went to get a drink at the bar and the bartender took about 10 minutes to make me Malibu Bay Breeze..... pretty clueless. But it gets better. The owner's wife or perhaps just another useless person employed at this future parking lot was counting money and saw that I had a question and she said to hold on a minute. I waited for her to finish counting, and then she turned the other way to watch the dance floor. And then............... the DJ.... some amateur overweight bald guy probably in his 30s who realizes that this is how far he is going to get in life.... we gave him 2 CDs at the beginning of the night and asked if he could play them for the birthday girl.... or at least some of the music, as it was Brazilian music and she is from Brazil. The DJ said ok, but never played them. I went to collect the CDs at the end of the night and he gave me one. He told me the owner took the other. I asked the owner (guy with the hat) and he said that he knows nothing about it. I went back to the extremely unprofessional DJ and this is what he said: "I went to the bathroom and someone must have taken it because it wasn't here when I got back"..... I looked at him and said that is very unprofessional and told him off. He acted like "oh well, it happens".... really? I would think he would take responsibility, but he was very rude and then started threatening me that I better leave or I may get hurt.... LOL really? So you overcharge us for bottles, you take away space from us, you take forever to make drinks, your staff is useless, and your DJ loses my CD and then you threaten me? You know what, the only nice person in this entire place was actually the huge bouncer OUTSIDE Very friendly and cool guy. They have Brazilian nights there every so often on Saturdays... I will NEVER give them my business even on Brazilian nights... they were rude, disrespectful, and a disgrace to the culture.
