Went to Just Arthurs on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised: there was a duo playing soft jazz - nice Brazilian sounds. It made me feel immediately relaxed and looking forward to a good dinner. The dining area is spacious, and the food was very good; with a comforting array of choices on the menu. The prices were most reasonable - I believe dinner with a small carafe of excellent wine came to about $65. The attentive service and the lovely music made it feel like a real "date night". It is definitely a neighborhood gem as many of the diners seem to be familiar with the place. It was fairly easy to find on the street parking.. I definitely will go back.
A charming restaurant with great paninins and crostinis and other light fares. The sandwiches are warm, delicious, and made with imaginative combinations of really good ingredients and flavors. Bring your own wine or beer, if you wish. This is a place that pays attention to the details, such as the elegant wine glasses made available. Went there on a couple of Saturday nights for a light bite. Felt like the way it used to be in the Village. Easy, inexpensive and good. Recommend highly for the food, but...skip the cupcakes. I tried two and I can make hockey pucks lighter than those.
By far one of the most geniune and delicious Italian restaurants by far. Has that true homecooking taste & appeal that brings dinners back. Ordering off of the never ending specials list is the way to go...just don't be shocked by the price...well worth it. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. A great selection of wines but a bit pricey. I have been to this restaurant a dozen times, and have yet to be dissapointed.
