        This Co Has Been Around a Long Time

        As an employee of a company that hires this company for internet, email and pc repair services, I am far from satisfied with the service provided.

        On one occasion, I emailed them a question and instead of a reply or phonecall they came to my workplace and then charged my boss for it. I got in trouble for this.

        Also, about a week after being called to service the pc in question only to "install updates that should correct the problem", the internet service was down and the antivirus was down until I updated it and ran a scan. The very next day, I was called that the pc didn't work and the company employee "could do nothing to fix the problem". They will, no doubt, charge my boss anyway. I hope to God I am not billed.
