We believe that God created every member of the church body to fulfill significant roles in ministry. Through a shared leadership structure of staff, leadership board, and deacons, we work toward fully equipping the church body to fulfill its mission.Our VisionWe strive to renew Ashland and the world around us.We will be a worshipping community regularly involved in the study of God's word, prayer, and pursuit of the Holy Spirit as we all recognize that God works in us to work through us.We will express much love, grace, and forgiveness toward each other. We speak truth with great love for each other.We will be actively involved in meaningful multigenerational relationships to enhance our spiritual growth for greater impact in our life mission.We will streamline our programs to those that are essential to accomplishing our mission and vision, allowing us to invest in our families, neighborhoods, and workplaces.We will structure our church simply so that financial and human resources are available for God's mission in the Ashland community and the world.
