We got there on a Friday morning around ten this time, and only had to wait for about fifteen minutes. Every second was worth it; now I understand why it is always packed. Every. Single. Bite. Was. I could live forever on the Appalachian Eggrolls and the Breakfast Bowl, and I was sad I didn’t have space in my gluttonous gut for the Sweet Potato Pancakes. I hear there is another location on the Southside of Asheville that takes reservations, but if you prefer the original, they do offer call ahead seating.
