Well, I coordinated my FFL transfer and requested that he let me open the package upon my arrival. Instead he went ahead and opened it and I can say that I was a little schocked because he gave his word over the phone that he would not open the package. I wanted to make sure that I received it from the SELLRr of the gun in the exact same condition in which they sent it. Therefore, I really do not know how he handled it upon opening it...or whatever! I really believe that people do not know what "keeping your word" means. Could you also please tell me where true customer service has gone? You make a simple request and people do not even respect it.
