All of my favorite things in one place: The Avett Brothers playing on the speakers, goat cheese in the grits, mimosas, and food so good that I literally did a Happy Dance in my chair.

We were in town for a customer visit and had heard many good things about THC, but, this was either an off night or the signs of a place that is riding the wave of good word of mouth.

My husband and I ate at Tupelo Honey for the first time 2 weeks ago. It was a weekend morning and they were busy so we had to wait for a table. We were ushered to the back of the restaurant where there was a sitting area with complimentary coffee. Very nice! Brunch was delicious! I had an appetizer which was too big to finish. We were in Asheville on a vacation but a friend who used to live there highly recommended this place. I see why. The food was so good. It was one of the best meals I had in awhile. I guess you can call this restaurant ""Southern with a twist."" I had shrimp in grits but it was pretty spicy. The prices are decent. The only thing is the wait.
