Ankle. HIP. Knee. Hand. Elbow. Shoulder. And spinal pain. And drop in today! for extra convenience. We offer a walk in clinic weekday mornings for injured athletes and anyone seeking orthopedic care. If YOU cannot attend OUR morning walk in clinic. SAME-DAY appointments are available for WALK-INS and CALL-INS. CHECK-IN is AT 7:20 A. M. On a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED BASIS. PATIENTS under 18 must have a parent or guardian present, a signed note authorizing treatment MAY BE used in the absence of a parent or GUARDIAN. INSURANCE cards must BE presented AT time of service. If YOU are NOT insured or if we are NOT recognized AS a provider by your insurance Company. Payment is expected AT time of services.

        terrible

        i was a patient of Dr motley i came to him with a shoulder problem. he took one look and scheduled surgery. after surgery i was in more pain then before he told me there was no reason i should be in pain and said there was nothing else he could do for me. i went to another doctor last week and said he has no idea why Dr motley would even do that surgery there was no medical need for it. I've heard of doctors doing surgery for the money and i honestly believe that's what happened. ictors
