  HORRIBLE SERVICE!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE! I planned 3 facials at this salon while we were on vacation in Asheville one weekend. When we get there the receptionist informs us that we were at the wrong location, and that our appointments were at their other Asheville location. But by that time it was too late for us to make it to the other one on time. I understand it's our fault we confused the address, we should have made sure. But the 2 confirmation phone calls we received from them, NEVER mentioned their location or made sure we recognized there were TWO sensibilities salon in Asheville. We were tourists, hence we were not familiar with the area. They did not do much to accommodate us, and charged us FULL PRICE FOR 3 FACIALS WE DID NOT RECEIVE! Not a service charge, FULL PRICE for a service we did not receive!! WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED! I will make sure people know about this service, and tell them never to go to Sensibilities Salon in Asheville North Carolina.
