I went online, on this pizza hut location's website, (828)2531181 to place an order for a large pizza, a drink, and bread sticks. Not only were they 2 hours late, when I called them the line was constantly busy. After standing outside, they finally answered my call an hour after the pizza was supposed to be delivered. Not only were they rude, but I was told persistently that the driver had called me, and waited outside, and that I was nowhere to be found. I tried to explain that I had received no calls, and was argued with, and told that the driver had returned to the store and the manager would take the driver's word. Finally, I asked if i would be charged for this pizza that had never come and then told me I would be.
