I called this place on a Monday knowing I was running low on fuel after my regular supplier could not make it out until Thursday. Colonial said they could be there Tuesday. I assumed the delivery went well until Thursday my heat stopped working in the middle of a snowstorm. I called and was informed that they did not deliver because my address was too far out and they couldn't make it to my house. Fine, but I received no phone call informing me of this and now I am out of oil for the foreseeable future thanks to these guys I am appalled at their manager's level of customer service. They were not even apologetic.
