        I have been to many physical therapists, and Sierra is hands down the most knowledgeable. She is the only one who has been able to help me with my lower back and shoulder pain. I am a competitive powerlifter, and she was able to figure out the root of the problem, decrease my pain, and increase my strength. I would highly recommend her to anyone or any athlete.
